·   Managed the BizTalk Server 2010 XML schema interface for the Purchase Card Bank of America MasterCard Automation Project processing transactions through global PeopleSoft v9.0 Accounts Payable and into SAP v4.6 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) for the Corning, LTD United Kingdom pilot.

·   Established the PeopleSoft v9.0 solution for the RAMAD procurement project facilitating management of unique supply chain profiled enterprise-wide inventory items related to specific material attributes (material name, material grade, supplier, supplier manufacturing location and distributor) and enabling management of annual standard cost activities and volume forecasts with appropriate supplier reports.

·   Managed the Changepoint Portfolio PM upgrade, installation, vendor relationship, testing, and training for the migration project to version 2010 with Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008, IIS 7.5, and .NET.

·   Initiated an Actuate BIRT charter and consultancy to survey and assess the upgrade strategy from v8 on Windows 2000 to v11 on Windows Server 2008 R2 leveraging single sign-on Windows NT integration and disparate source built-in reporting capability from the previous MS Dynamics AX 4.0 client.

 

BUCHER AND CHRISTIAN CONSULTING - ELI LILLY AND COMPANY  Indianapolis, IN  2008  Consultant – Senior Project Manager  Implemented the scrum agile systems development methodology for an electronic healthcare information (EHI) SaaS data mart project including product and sprint backlog planning utilizing MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), establishing scrum team roles and responsibilities (including product owner and scrum master) and training, implementing a daily scrum status meeting, and facilitating release roadmap planning.

 

DATA SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS USA (a Subsidiary of Rolls-Royce NA)  Indianapolis, IN  2004 through 2008  IS/IT Manager, Facility Security Officer  Joined DS&S as the North American Account IS/IT Manager responsible to the NA Account Executive and DS&S USA President to lead and manage all systems development / implementation projects.  Oversaw multi-company, non co-located, international teams based out of the U.K.
